All Starter Kits and Single Purchases are shipped with Track & Trace via DHL. You can easily keep track via the link that we'll send to your email. Your refills are shipped via Post NL's Mailbox service. You'll receive an email when your package is on its way. You can track these using the PostNL app, so you'll know when they're nearly arriving.

During weekdays, all orders are shipped out same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next available business day. We use DHL with Track & Trace for single purchases and the first delivery of your subscription. For your subsequent refill deliveries, we use POST NL's mailbox service (in NL only) without Track & Trace. For all UK orders we use FEDEX. In the Netherlands, deliveries usually take 1-3 business days.

The delivery interval for our product is preset to every 6 weeks, aligning with the recommended usage. Each product is designed to last for 6 weeks, ensuring you receive a fresh supply at the right time. However, we recognize that individual preferences vary, and some of you may prefer a shorter interval. Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, plays a role in various processes within the body. The functioning of the nervous system, synthesis of fatty acids, production of red blood cells, and the immune system may encounter issues in the presence of a Vitamin B12 deficiency. We obtain Vitamin B12 through our diet, primarily from the consumption of animal products such as meats, eggs, fish, and dairy. Approximately 50% of the Vitamin B12 intake is absorbed by the body, with the liver storing 2 to 5 milligrams as a reserve.

A deficiency in Vitamin B12 can lead to various symptoms, including:

- Fatigue
- Concentration difficulties
- Irritability
- Muscle pain
- Muscle cramps
- Loss of appetite
- Tingling sensations
- Joint issues
- Anemia due to a shortage of red blood cells

A healthy Vitamin D level is crucial for the immune system, the absorption of calcium from food, and the proper functioning of muscles.
A deficiency in Vitamin D can manifest in the following symptoms:

- Chronic fatigue
- Joint and muscle pain
- Lethargy
- Sensitive or bleeding gums
- Cramps or muscle tremors

The severity of symptoms can vary, and they may not always be present.

Vegetarians and vegans face an increased risk of B12 deficiency due to limited or lack of intake of animal-based foods, and in such cases, supplementation with B12 may be recommended.
