Can I try The Core Sprays before offering it to my patients?
Absolutely. We recognize that many practitioners prefer to personally experience a product before incorporating it into their patient care. We provide one month of The Core Supplement Sprays for each practitioner in our community. How should my patients take The Core Sprays?
The clinically validated and according to standard RI dose is 3 sprays of the AM spray in the morning, 3 sprays of the PM spray at night. Sprays can be taken on an empty stomach or after food. Recommend patients to keep the liquid under the tongue for optimal absorption before drinking liquid or swallowing. Emphasize the importance of consistent, daily intake to optimize the benefits of The Core Sprays. In case of low adhesion, you can recommend taking the AM + PM spray both in the morning. Do not recommend the AM in the evening due to B Vitamin effects on energy levels. No discomfort or side effects are to be expected.
How long should my patients take The Core Sprays?
While long-term use of these vitamins is generally considered safe, the duration for taking The Core Sprays should be tailored to each patient's individual needs, health goals, and their response. It's important to note that vitamins and minerals, including those in The Core Sprays, are transient, meaning their benefits persist only as long as they are being consumed. With this in mind these benefits may diminish a few days to weeks after discontinuation.
What kinds of experiences or effects can my patients expect from The Core Sprays, and over what timeframe?
The Core Sprays are formulated and designed to deliver benefits across energy metabolism, mental health, immune health, and nervous system health. That said, everybody is physiologically unique and thus effect will vary with each individual, as does the timeline for experiencing its effects. Concerning vitamin B12 only- science shows that with consequent intake 70% of people notice effect within 8 weeks, 8% notices effect within 2-3 months, another 8% notices effect within 3-6 months and 7% notices effect after 6 months. A small group (7%) does not notice any change.*

The Core Sprays are compatible with a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions, including ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and FODMAP diets. The Core Sprays are non-GMO and free from preservatives, binders, and synthetic agents. In addition, The Core Sprays are free from lactose, gluten, soy, palm-oil, nuts, sugar, sweeteners and alcohol. The Core Sprays are 100% vegan.
Are there any contraindications for use?
Condition-Related Contraindications:
The Core Sprays are not formulated for use in children younger than 10 years of age. As with any supplement, The Core Sprays should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. The sprays are not suitable for patients with (hyper)thyroid disorders due to Iodine in the AM spray. Acne prone patients can experience skin irritation.
Medication-Related Contraindications:
The sprays are not suitable for patients taking (coumarin) anticoagulants.
Can patients with allergies take it? Yes, The Core Sprays are free from gluten, lactose, soy, palm-oil, nuts, sugar, sweeteners and alcohol. The Core Sprays are 100% vegan.
Are The Core Sprays safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The Core Sprays contain Vitamins and minerals that are considered safe during pregnancy and lactation. During pregnancy it is recommended to add 200mcg of folate daily to provide the adequate amount of 400mcg folate daily for pregnancy. As with any dietary supplement or new health protocol contemplated during pregnancy or lactation, we recommend patients consult with their obstetrician or practitioner before they start consuming The Core Sprays.

We developed The Core Sprays from a deep understanding of the complex interactions between the physical and mental body. The focus of our research and selection of nutrients has evolved around the support of neurotransmitter production. Clinically established ‘building blocks’ needed to produce specific brain hormones were at the forefront of our selection criteria for the AM + PM spray.
